An Event Coordinator/Admin Asst is needed in Chattanooga, TN. Our current priority is Chattanooga Fashion Expo 2022, but the position will also assist with other events and products under the 4FC Productions banner.
We are looking for someone to help build the business by assisting with the planning and coordinating of various local events and creative projects. The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced in event planning and have strong organizational and administrative skills. Experience and knowledge of technical/grant writing, editing, social media design/posting/engagement, online research, database and email newsletter management as well as other admin tasks is an asset. This position will begin at approximately 10 hours a week, but will grow to 20-30 hours a week very quickly. We offer a flexible schedule/part time working efficiently from your equipped remote office or workspace but require efficiency and commitment. We need someone who is self-motivated, super organized and detail oriented!
