I have a colorful, warm and welcoming home set up as a 2 BD, 2 BA home in Chattanooga, TN with an office and a gorgeous sunroom that is available for rent when I’m traveling.

Filled with art, music, books and more you can find your zen with yoga in my sunrise facing sunroom or take some time to enjoy the solitude while you experience the built - in creative vibe or use your time to practice your own art form or work remotely in a flexible environment.
It comes equipped with yoga and stretching tools, a bookshelf crammed with classics and vintage fiction. If you’re into music I also have an 88 key weighted keyboard, some small drums and percussion instruments as well.
My yard is large and semi private with large trees and lots of adorable squirrels, chipmunks and a variety of birds and a picnic table. I also have good WiFi , a large TV with Netflix etc and a fully equipped kitchen. And we have an ADT security system installed.
The house is in EastRidge, TN which is only 8-10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga which boasts a wonderful array of restaurants, live music venues, art events, sculpture parks, green spaces, a large Aquarium, a zoo and a beautiful developed Riverwalk with miles of walking and biking trails ... and much more. Plus... did we mention we are only 10-45 minutes from a large number of beautiful hiking trails and many of them boast one or more waterfalls?
We also have off street parking for 1-2 cars and a new washer and dryer. IMPORTANT NOTE: We have a sweet furry rescue cat named Beau who typically lives here - if you're highly allergic it may not be a good fit.
