It's Always Great to Give

This week I had the chance to be the keynote speaker at a local Rotary club, and I had a great time.  I've spoken at various Rotary Clubs around the city, and every time I am pleasantly reminded of how many gracious and giving people live in this community.

The Rotary Club of Arcadia was no exception, and I met a diverse group of business professionals who meet weekly to focus on giving back to their community and world.

We are living through some dark days as our country struggles to redefine itself and the way we view each individual member of our society.  But it's encouraging to know that just beyond the walls of prejudice and pain that some are trying to build, there are always groups of kind people working passionately to spread more love and more light.
